Why do you need this?

If you have ever had electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues with your home you will know why this is such a great tool! Using our virtual archive, you can reference areas of concern. No more removing entire walls to determine the source of the problem.



How much will this cost?

Cost is relative to sq ft starting at $1500 for a full archive.



When to shoot?

The photography must be done just before drywall but after electrical, a/v, plumbing, framing and hvac has been completed.

What do we need to undertake the service?

We require PDF/cad files of each floor and the cover page with total area calculations. An estimated date to capture your project and entry codes too.

Confidentiality

Having worked on building sites for years, we know clients, particularly high profile, value their privacy. We share the responsibility of confidentiality and will not pass to any third party. Our secure servers require authentication to view the files.



Printing

We are often asked about printing the views. Use our built in screen grab to save images to your device. Alternatively take your iPad to areas of concern and use as if an X-ray! This will seriously impress your clients!



What do you get?

We will create the virtual archive accessible via our secure website. This allows you to access your virtual archive on computers in the office or mobile devices on site. You shall also receive media to be kept at the jobsite, office and given to the client.

Get A Project Proposal

I engaged 360 Imaging to record my home during the framing stage prior to drywall being installed. At the time it just seemed like a good idea to be able to document the location of plumbing, electrical, etc.

Since having the product I have come to realize that it is not simply “a good idea”, it is an invaluable tool.

I have used the product 4 or 5 times a week as we discovered that we would need to relocate outlets or change the framing to accommodate a design change. It is literally providing the ability to see through walls. Without this tool, we would be constantly tearing open large areas of wall to “investigate”. With this tool it is easy to determine if a change is possible and how to make a change exactly.

This is the most valuable asset we have at the jobsite and I would never embark on any further project without it.
